Engineering Manager/Lead – Consumer Internet & Q-Commerce

We're a fast-growing consumer internet startup (or scale-up) with a bold vision to revolutionize Qcomm for Kids. We're looking for an Engineering Manager who brings both startup DNA and deep technical rigor — someone who owns execution, leads with speed, and has an AI-first mindset.

What You'll Do

Lead and scale a world-class engineering team focused on delivering high-impact consumer products.
Drive engineering excellence: enforce best practices, architecture reviews, performance optimization, CI/CD, and robust testing.
Collaborate across Product, Design, and Data Science to build AI-powered features that delight millions of users.
Own roadmap execution: convert vision into delivery, with a sharp focus on prompt, high-quality outcomes.
Mentor engineers — cultivate a collaborative, data- and results-driven culture.
Champion technical innovation: evaluate new tools, ML/AI platforms, infrastructure, and apply them judiciously to accelerate product delivery.

What We Look For

6+ years in engineering leadership, with deep experience in consumer internet or startup ecosystems.
Track record of building and scaling complex, high-availability systems under tight timelines.
Strong engineering credibility — system design, reliability, performance, and clean code.
Hands-on familiarity with AI/ML — either architecting models/features or managing their engineering lifecycle.
Exceptional decision-making and delivery speed.
Strong influence and communication skills.
Experience scaling teams fast while maintaining quality and culture.
