We are looking for a Production Manager to lead and drive daily production operations in an FMCG space to drive end-to-end production operations including planning, quality compliance, and team management. The role involves driving production efficiency, minimizing downtime, and optimizing resources while ensuring strict adherence to FSSAI, GMP, and HACCP standards. You will oversee hygiene, sanitation, and audit readiness, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and manage production reporting, documentation, and performance metrics (OEE). A strong focus on team leadership, training, and food safety culture is critical to success in this role.
The ideal candidate should have 7-10 years of experience in FMCG space with a strong understanding of production processes & compliance standards.
