We are looking for an associate product manager to be part of our recommendation & gen AI content team. As part of your role, you will gain extensive exposure to building Gen-AI and LLM-based applications. You will work closely with the founders to bring this vision to reality.

Role
Conduct insightful user research and analysis to understand pain points and preferences.
Define and prioritize impactful product features that drive engagement and growth.
Collaborate closely with engineers, designers, and data scientists to bring your vision to life.
Analyze product performance and iterate based on data and user feedback.
Program manage initiatives wherever ops is required to make the product successful.
Requirements
2+ years of experience in product management.
Strong understanding of user-centric design principles.
Strong understanding of latest AI tooling.
Proven analytical and problem-solving skills.
Strong bias for action and ability to get things done
comfort with 6 day work-week (flexibility of 1 day WFH)
Bonus Points
Prior experience with recommendation systems & AI tools
Understanding of the Indian fashion market and user preferences
