Business Analyst Internship
BUSINESS ANALYST
We are looking for a highly driven and detail-oriented Founder's Office - Business Analyst to work closely with the founders on strategic and operational initiatives. This is an execution-focused role for someone who enjoys solving problems, coordinating across multiple stakeholders, and ensuring that important business priorities move forward efficiently.
Key Responsibilities
Coordinate with external vendors and partners, including onboarding, communication, negotiations, and relationship management.
Drive regular follow-ups with internal teams and external stakeholders to ensure timely execution of projects and deliverables.
Track and manage multiple workstreams, maintaining clear ownership, timelines, and status updates.
Build and maintain dashboards to monitor key business metrics and operational KPIs.
Analyze business data to identify trends, risks, and opportunities, and present actionable insights.
Prepare reports, presentations, and executive summaries for leadership discussions.
Support founders with research, operational planning, and cross-functional initiatives.
Improve internal processes by identifying bottlenecks and driving operational efficiency.
Ensure accurate documentation and maintenance of trackers for ongoing business initiatives.
Required Qualifications
0–2 years of experience in Business Analysis, Operations, Consulting, Founder's Office, or similar roles.
Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, Commerce, or a related field.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
High attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic startup environment.
Self-starter with a strong sense of ownership and accountability.
Preferred Skills
Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets.
Experience with dashboards and reporting tools.
Familiarity with project management tools such as Notion, Jira, Asana, ClickUp, or similar platforms.
Comfortable working with data and presenting insights to leadership.
Basic understanding of business operations, procurement, or vendor management is a plus.
