We are hiring a Brand Architect with 3-5 years of experience to build our brand from the ground up. You won't just create content; you will build the systems that turn passive scrollers into trusting customers

🛠 Key Responsibilities

Master Storytelling: You will define the voice of the company. Your core job is to translate complex, messy real estate realities into simple, human narratives that build trust.
Data to Content Alchemy: You know how to take boring numbers—price trends, inventory data, operational metrics—and turn them into insights that people actually want to read.
Retargeting & Conversion: It’s not just about "reach." You will design the re-engagement loops and content funnels that bring fence-sitters back to the platform and convert them.
Blueprint the Brand: Define the visual and verbal identity from scratch. You aren't inheriting a style guide; you are writing it.

3-5 Years Experience: You have done this before. You have a portfolio that proves you can build a brand, not just maintain one.
Analytical Mindset: You don't just rely on "creative intuition." You have strong analytical muscle and can convert data into crisp decisions on what content works and why.
High Energy & Articulation: You bring an infectious energy to the room. You can articulate your thoughts with absolute clarity—whether you are pitching a strategy to founders or writing a script for a customer.
Startup DNA: You have worked in early-stage startups. You understand that resources are limited, speed is everything, and you need to be a "Swiss Army Knife" (Copy + Design + Strategy).
Retargeting Expert: You understand the psychology of the customer journey. You know exactly what content to show a user to bring them back to the funnel.
