What we’re looking for:

✅ CA Inter qualified / Semi-qualified CA

✅ 5–7 years of relevant experience in Accounting & Finance, preferably with experience in a mid-to-large organisation (500+ employees preferred)

✅ Hands-on experience with Zoho Books / Tally and MS Excel / MS Office

✅ Strong experience in monthly books closure, reconciliations, MIS and management reporting

✅ Good understanding of GST, TDS and other statutory compliances

✅ Experience independently handling Statutory and Tax Audits, preferably with Big 4 firms

✅ Ability to independently manage finance & accounting activities and work closely with internal and external stakeholders

✅ Strong attention to detail and ownership of deliverables

What you’ll own and experience at Mesa School of Business

→ Monthly books closure, MIS and management reporting

→ Preparation of financial statements and independent closure of statutory & tax audits

→ Maintaining and testing Internal Financial Controls (IFC)

→ GST, TDS and other statutory compliances

→ Building finance policies and SOPs from scratch.

→ Evaluating and implementing finance tools and systems
