AI Engineer — Intern

HSR Layout, Bengaluru

You’ll work directly with the founder and the founding engineers on the core AI layer of the product. Expect to build AI systems that real users depend on — reliable, measured, and in production, not notebooks and demos. We care far more about how you think and how fast you pick things up than about the length of your resume.

Must-have skills

Strong Python and/or TypeScript
Real hands-on LLM experience something non-trivial you’ve actually built and shipped
LangChain or LangGraph, or an equivalent orchestration framework
Working understanding of RAG embeddings, vector search, and why naive RAG usually fails
Prompt engineering, structured outputs, and tool calling
Comfortable with APIs, async code, and reading source when the docs fall short

Also essential

Genuine depth of technical knowledge, strong problem solving, and critical thinking you can break an unfamiliar problem down, question assumptions, and evaluate whether an output is actually correct rather than just plausible

Everything else agentic workflows, guardrails, evals, observability, cost and latency tuning you’ll learn here
