Hey!

I’m looking for someone to work closely with me (full time) on my content (@ayeshargoyal) and Second Body... an online private women’s health community. The role will be that of a Content Producer + Community Lead - If you're curious and open to learning, no prior experience is needed

I need someone who can help me build and manage this community, listen closely to the women inside it, spot patterns, and turn their questions into experiments, conversations and ideas.

You’ll also help me produce content, coordinate with editors and researchers, and make sure ideas actually get made.

You’ll work directly with me.

A few things before you start:

Brevity is your friend. You don’t need to write an essay for any of these.

I know people will use ChatGPT to fill hiring forms. Do what you will with that information. :) I’m much more interested in being able to see you in your answers.

There aren’t necessarily correct answers. I’m interested in what you notice and how you think.

If I haven’t given you enough information in a scenario, make assumptions and keep going. That’s part of the job too.

If you’re shortlisted, there will be a couple of conversations after this.

For final candidates, I’d like to work together on a small paid trial project before either of us commits to a full time role.
