Role Overview

The Business Development Executive will focus on expanding OMFIT’s growth through partnerships, outreach initiatives, and new opportunity development. This role involves identifying potential collaborations, building relationships with external stakeholders, and supporting strategic initiatives that increase brand reach and business growth.

You will play a key role in creating new channels for lead generation and long-term partnerships aligned with OMFIT’s mission.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and research potential business opportunities, partnerships, and collaborations

• Reach out to partners such as communities, corporates, healthcare professionals, and networks

• Build and maintain strong external relationships

• Support planning and execution of growth initiatives and campaigns

• Track outreach pipelines and maintain structured follow-ups

• Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to convert partnerships into growth opportunities

• Assist in creating proposals, presentations, and partnership plans

What we're looking for:

• 0–3 years of experience in business development, partnerships, or client-facing roles

• Strong communication and relationship-building skills

• Comfortable with outreach, networking, and initiating conversations

• Strategic thinking with execution ability

• Self-driven and proactive mindset

• Organized and able to manage multiple follow-ups simultaneously

• Bonus: Experience or interest in fitness, wellness, or startup environments
