Our programs are high-ticket, high-commitment, and genuinely life-changing for students who are ready for them. The Sales Manager's job is to build and lead a team that can have honest, high-quality conversations — and convert the right students with integrity.

You will succeed in this role if you are deeply self-motivated and can use the odds against you to motivate your team. Someone who can close, but more importantly, someone who can coach others to close. Someone who obsesses over process as much as performance.

If you're looking for a role where you hand out scripts and track numbers on a spreadsheet — this isn't it. You need more.

What You'll Achieve

Own the revenue number for enrollments
- Set and hit monthly enrollment targets for our programs
- Build forecasting systems that give leadership real visibility into the pipeline
- Identify drop-off points in the funnel and fix them — fast
Build and lead the sales team
- Hire, onboard, and coach a team of sales counsellors
- Run regular call reviews and feedback sessions to sharpen the team's skills
- Create a culture of high performance, trust, and continuous improvement
Design and own the sales process
- Build and maintain CRM hygiene across the full pipeline
- Create playbooks — for discovery calls, objection handling, follow-ups, and onboarding handoffs
- Work closely with performance marketing to align on lead quality and feedback loops
Use AI tools to sharpen the team
- Use Gen AI tools for call analysis, follow-up personalisation, and sales coaching workflows
- Stay ahead of how AI is changing consultative sales — and bring those insights to the team
- You don't need to be an AI expert, but you should be actively experimenting

Skills You'll Need to Bring

2+ years of sales experience, with some exposure to leading or mentoring a team
Proven track record of hitting revenue targets in a high-ticket, consultative sales environment
Strong coaching instinct — you get better outcomes by making your team better, not by closing everything yourself
Process-first mindset — comfortable building and owning CRM workflows, playbooks, and reporting systems
Genuine empathy for students — you understand that the person on the other end of the call is making a meaningful life decision

Nice to Haves

Experience in edtech or creator economy brands
Familiarity with tools like Leadsquared, HubSpot, or similar CRMs
Exposure to high-ticket program sales (₹50K+)
