Appointment Setter Hiring Form (Medspas)

Please don’t apply if you’re under 21 years old
First Call Script – Invisalign Lead (Sarah) Caller: “Hi Sarah, it’s [Name] calling. You recently requested some information about Invisalign. Did I catch you at an okay time?” If needed: “This will only take about a minute.” Caller: “The reason I’m calling is you filled out a short form about straightening your teeth without braces. Does that ring a bell?” Caller: “No worries at all — this isn’t a sales call. My job is just to make sure we point you in the right direction.” Caller: “Out of curiosity, what made you start looking into Invisalign?” (Pause. Let her answer.) Caller: “Got it.” Caller: “The next step, if it makes sense, is a short consultation where a specialist looks at your situation and explains what your options are. No pressure and no obligation.” Caller: “If we did that, would mornings or afternoons usually work better for you?” Caller: “Perfect. I’ll get that scheduled and send you a confirmation so you have everything in writing.”
In a short video, answer both of the following: A) Appointment setting is repetitive and performance-based. What motivates you to stay consistent and keep going day after day? B) What is one thing you are genuinely passionate about outside of work?
