At Aviha, we believe AI in India can only reach its full potential when it is deeply integrated into the services economy, providing undeniable value to every consumer.
We stand at a singular, pivotal moment in human history, a threshold where the impossible is becoming inevitable.
We refuse to let AI be a privilege of the few. It is a right for the many.
From the tailor's needle and the gardener's soil to the very soul of every household, AI should be deeply integrated.
You will go out, talk to the actual humans we serve — users, vendors, saathis and turn what you hear into content, campaigns and a marketing engine that makes India want in.
This is not a "make 4 posts a week" job. You will own our voice.
Go where the story is. Sit in a tailor's shop. Ride along with a saathi. Call a user who churned and ask why, without flinching. You are our ears on the ground, and nothing you build will be better than the conversations you have.
Make content with people, not about them. Shoot it, write it, edit it, ship it. Real faces, real voices, real Hindi, real English, real work. The best marketing we will ever do is a saathi telling the truth on camera.
Run our social. Instagram, LinkedIn, WhatsApp, YouTube — you hold the keys. Post, reply, DM, listen, repeat. You will be the personality people meet before they meet the product.
Own the calendar and the strategy. Build the marketing calendar. Defend it with reasoning. Then change it when the data says you were wrong.
Build paid with the founding team. Sit with founders on campaign strategy, creative testing, audience hypotheses, CAC. You'll learn how money turns into growth — and where it quietly leaks.
Measure everything. Every post, every campaign, every conversation has a number attached to it. You will find it, track it, and tell us what it means.
Execution over planning : We ship, learn, and iterate. A decent plan executed this week beats a perfect plan next month.
Problem first : We fall in love with problems, not solutions. Understand the problem deeply — who has it, why it matters, what causes it — before building anything.
User first : Every decision starts from the user — the households who trust us with their homes, and the partners who serve them. Trust is the product.
Long term thinking : We compound. We refuse short-term wins that cost long-term trust, optionality, or team health.
Experimentation over biases : Opinions are hypotheses. Data and experiments settle debates — not seniority, not who argues loudest.
Hire and grow exceptional talent : Every hire raises the bar. We grow people faster than the company grows.
Growth mindset : Feedback is fuel. Skills are built, not fixed. Curiosity beats ego.
How we do anything is how we do everything : Standards do not have small cases. The tone of a WhatsApp reply, the neatness of a vendor invoice and the polish of a release are the same decision, made again.
Crawl before you walk, before you run and before you fly : .We earn scale in stages. One street working, then one city, then the next. A stage skipped is a stage repeated, usually at a worse price.
You already make things nobody asked you to make — a page, a reel, a newsletter, a Substack nobody reads yet. You ship without permission.
You're a student or a recent grad with more hunger than habits.
You're genuinely comfortable in the field. A plastic stool in a workshop is a fine place to spend an afternoon.
You can talk to a tailor and a founder on the same day and be equally at ease.
You use AI like a limb, not a gimmick. We're AI-first, and we expect you to be too.
You'd rather be corrected than comfortable.
Speed excites you more than it scares you.
You need a fully briefed task before you can start.
You measure your work in hours rather than outcomes.
"That's not my job" is somewhere in your vocabulary.
You want to watch a rocket launch instead of being strapped to it.
Direct access to the founding team. No layers. You'll be in the room where the calls get made.
Real ownership of channels, budget decisions and creative — from week one, not month six.
A portfolio of work that actually ran, actually reached people, and actually moved a number.
The story of having been early to something that mattered.
Skip the cover letter. We won't read it.
Something you made. A link. Reel, post, page, doc, campaign, anything. Yours, ideally unpaid, ideally slightly embarrassing.
A 60-second video. Phone camera, unedited, one take. Tell us about a time you talked to a stranger and learned something that changed your mind.
One idea for Aviha. Three sentences, max. One thing you'd do in your first month to get more Indians to use us. Be specific. Be wrong if you have to. Be interesting.
