About the Role
We do not believe in hiring PMs without hard skills.
Your core hard skill is expected to be design, while everything on top is something you will get done either by learning yourself or with the help of a team.
This is one of the most important roles in the company. There are parts of the product you will own end to end to make sure that everything from the look and feel of a button to the marketing ads going out are all maxing out in their potential to help grow the company.
Experience
We prefer young folks either fresh grads or folks with max a couple of years of work ex. We also count free lancing as work ex as long as you were serious.
Location
Indiranagar, Bangalore - Work from Office 5 days a week
Skills Needed
You should be awesome in Figma
You should have a good understanding of product and business in general
A high level overview of tech is fine, but you shouldn't shy away from diving deep
Strong communication skills
Ability to quickly pick up new softwares and tools for automation
Strong eye for detail
Strong self-motivation - you will not have a manager here
Great to Have
Previous experience working in startup in a similar role
Previous freelancing/business experience
Experience working in sync with a dev, marketing, sales team (founder's office)
Experience with photo, video editing softwares
