What You'll Do :
Partner with business leaders on people strategy, organization design, and workforce planning.
Drive performance management, talent reviews, succession planning, and employee development.
Lead employee engagement initiatives and foster a high-performance culture.
Coach managers on people matters, performance, and leadership effectiveness.
Analyze people metrics to drive data-backed decisions and organizational health.
Collaborate with Talent Acquisition, HR Operations, and leadership to align people strategies with business priorities.
What We're Looking For :
5–8 years of HRBP experience supporting corporate/business functions.
Experience in high-growth startups, consumer-tech, SaaS, or product-led organizations.
Strong expertise in performance management, employee engagement, talent development, and stakeholder management.
Excellent communication, business partnering, and problem-solving skills.
A high-ownership mindset with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
