About the Role

We’re looking for a motivated and enthusiastic Talent Acquisition Intern to join our team at Oolka! You’ll get hands-on experience in end-to-end recruitment, candidate sourcing, interview coordination, and hiring operations while working closely with the team in a fast-paced startup environment.

This is a great opportunity for someone looking to kick-start their career in HR and Talent Acquisition, learn practical recruiting skills, and make a real impact on building a growing team.

What you'll be doing:

• Source and identify potential candidates across multiple platforms

• Screen resumes and connect with prospective candidates

• Coordinate interviews and ensure a smooth candidate experience

• Support recruitment operations and maintain hiring trackers

• Work closely with hiring managers to understand role requirements

• Explore innovative sourcing strategies to find the right talent
