Role Description

This is a full-time Social Media Executive role at Addtocart Consulting. You will work closely with the founder to assist in content creation for his personal brand (120K+ followers on Instagram).This role is not about posting or replying to comments. It is about research, taste, and identifying ideas that can turn into high-performing content.

What you'll be doing

Research trending topics, formats, and narratives across Instagram
Track what’s working across creators, founders, and brands
Identify content patterns that drive reach, shares, and saves
Support content ideation with examples and references
Maintain a simple tracker for content ideas and research
Assist in turning research into content opportunities

This role is for you if

You have 1–3 years of experience in social media or content research
You analyse why content works, not just consume it
You’re curious about creators, internet culture, and content formats
You can separate signal from noise
You enjoy supporting creative thinking with research

Good to have

Experience working with creators or personal brands
Understanding of Instagram distribution and content formats
Familiarity with Notion, Google Sheets, or content trackers
Experience using AI tools for research and idea generation
