🎯 What You’ll Do (Your Mission)

1. Be the eyes of GreenJams

Capture photographic + video content of:
- Live construction sites
- R&D and lab experiments
- Scientific demonstrations
- Team energy, founder moments, behind-the-scenes
- Fun stuff, chaotic stuff, breakthrough moments

2. Turn raw footage into digital weapons

Edit and produce short-form & long-form video, photography, and graphics for:
- Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube, X
- Ads & campaigns
- Print & outdoor media
- TV features
- Website visuals
- Investor decks and PR features

3. Make science look sexy

Break down complex engineering + climate-tech concepts into content that’s:
- Accurate
- Aesthetic
- Engaging
- Shareable

4. Be the trend radar

Track, adapt, and experiment with:
- Social media trends
- Audio / meme formats
- Editing aesthetics
- Platform algorithms
- Emerging creator tools

5. Experiment relentlessly

Shoot in labs, factories, sites, rain, dust, drones, slow-mo—whatever it takes.
Think visually. Think scientifically. Think viral.
