We’re hiring our first dedicated salesperson to sell AI outreach software to recruitment agency owners and help write the sales playbook as you go. This is a full-time role where you’ll work directly with the founder and help shape both the product and the go-to-market motion from day one.
RecruitMateAI is a London-based tech company building AI outreach software for recruitment agencies. Founded by an Oxford-trained engineer, we help recruiters send personal, high-quality emails at volume and find the right candidates faster. We connect to the ATS and CRM tools agencies already use, and we are starting with specialist sectors like healthcare and early years recruitment.
We are a small team, so your work is seen from day one. You will talk to customers every day and help shape what we build and how we sell it.
You are our first dedicated salesperson. The founder has made the first calls; you take over and turn them into a repeatable process.
Call and email agency owners and managing directors, then run the demo and close the deal yourself.
Work a target list of recruitment agencies that rely on email, starting with healthcare and early years staffing.
Learn what agencies need and feed it back to the founder every week, so the product and the pitch improve together.
Build the first sales playbook: who to call, what to say, and how to answer objections.
Buyer: Managing director or owner of a recruitment agency
Agency size: 5 to 20 staff
Sectors: Healthcare and nursing, early years and childcare
How they work: Mostly by email, mostly by hand
Have closed deals before, ideally selling software or services to small businesses.
Are comfortable picking up the phone to someone you have never spoken to.
Enjoy building from nothing and do not need a finished process handed to you.
Know the recruitment industry, or are keen to learn it quickly.
