Who We're Looking For

We're not hiring a salesperson. We're hiring a hunter — someone who reads Campaign Brief for fun, notices when a brand relaunch feels off, and is in general obssed with consumer, brand strategy, market research and campaigns across channels. You're 6 months to 2 years into your career, but you think like a founder who needs to close to survive.

KRAs:

Pipeline & Prospecting

Set up and run outbound infrastructure using tools like Apollo, ZoomInfo, Apify, and Clay to build targeted, high-quality lead lists.
You won't spray & pray — you'll identify brands going through transitions (new CMO, rebranding, funding rounds, category expansion) and reach out with context and timing that makes people respond.
Database enrichment, management, segmentation for across-channel targetting - aross cold emails, whatsapp and cold calls.

Brand Intelligence & Industry Tracking - absolutely critical

Stay deeply plugged into what's happening across industries — new campaign launches, brand repositioning, cultural moments, agency wins and losses. You'll develop a point of view on which brands are ripe for strategic intervention and why, and turn that intelligence into targeted outreach.
Develop content marketing machinery - take all of the current projects at L&H and develop them into case studies, hook based reels and cold emails, develop strategy IPs and a content calendar for regular posting across channels and cold outreach

AI-Powered Workflow Automation

Build and maintain automated outreach and research workflows using AI tools. Think enriched lead lists, personalized email sequences, CRM hygiene, and meeting prep — all systematized so you spend your time thinking, not clicking.

Content, Segmentation & Case Studies

Take our existing portfolio of work and transform it into conversion-focused content. This means building segmentation frameworks by industry, brand maturity, and challenge type — and then writing case studies and capability decks that speak directly to each segment's language and pain points. You'll own the narrative around what we've done and why it worked.

You're a Fit If

You've set up an Apollo sequence or something like it before, or figured it out in a weekend - OR are willing to learn.
You follow brand and marketing news not because you have to, but because you're genuinely obsessed. You can look at a brand's recent work and immediately have publishable valuable opinions.
Insane execution capabilities - You move fast and don't wait to be told what to do next.
You are open to in-person cold outreach and cold calls
