Multiple roles across Program and Careers Team

We are seeking people who are motivated to work in the education space to join our team. The ideal candidate  will have a strong passion for designing and enabling effective learning and be eager to learn and grow in a  fast-paced environment. You will work closely with the founding team to  design the program at Mesa which is extensively focussed on providing business education for the startup  world in a manner which is hands on and application based.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team  environment.

• Attention to detail and the ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously. 

• Eagerness to think out of the box and the ability to come up with creative ideas 
  

Qualifications 

• 2–8 years of experience in program management, career development, or a related field within educational institutions, consulting, or startup environments.

• Experience with designing in person learning experiences is preferred 

• Experience with ed tech firms on course design and delivery is a plus 

• Experience of managing stakeholders in a frontend role is preferred 

• Graduating college/educational background doesn’t matter :)
