About the Role
We're looking for a Graphic Designer who lives and breathes organic social, someone who can produce scroll-stopping carousels, IG slideshows, TikTok slideshows, banners, and image posts that rack up impressions, saves, shares, and genuine community engagement.
Your core mission is building the kind of organic content that consumer brand audiences actually stop for, react to, and share — not polished brand-speak that gets ignored in the feed.
You're deeply comfortable with AI image generation as a daily creative tool. Nano Banana Pro, Midjourney, Ideogram, Seedream, Photoshop generative fill — you've shipped real work with them, you know how to prompt them to produce on-brand output, and you treat AI as a creative superpower that multiplies your range, not a gimmick.
This role is built to evolve: strong performers can grow into a creative lead role overseeing additional designers and shaping the broader visual strategy across our portfolio.

Key Responsibilities
Design highly engaging organic social content — IG carousels, TikTok slideshows, image posts, memes, and serialized content — built to maximize impressions, saves, shares, and follows
Generate and integrate AI-produced imagery using Nano Banana Pro, Midjourney, Ideogram, Seedream, and similar tools — blending generated assets seamlessly into your designs
Craft prompts that produce on-brand, on-message imagery in the right style, mood, and composition — and iterate prompts until the output is post-ready
Develop visual hooks, formats, and series that consistently outperform in the feed and build long-term community engagement
Create platform-native content that feels at home on each surface — what wins on TikTok slideshows isn't what wins on IG carousels, and you know the difference
Design banners, image ads, and static creatives for paid channels when needed, applying the same instinct for what stops the scroll
Take creative liberties — experiment with hooks, typography, layouts, color systems, AI-driven imagery, and visual storytelling angles
Interpret scripts, concepts, and references into polished assets that match the desired emotion, pacing, and performance angle for each brand
Work closely with strategists and brand leads to refine creative and iterate through multiple variations at speed
Adapt winning posts into new formats, aspect ratios, and angles — using AI to multiply variations efficiently
Develop a strong understanding of performance metrics: impressions, reach, save rate, share rate, follow-through rate, CTR, and engagement rate
Maintain an organized project structure and deliver fast turnarounds on revisions and new concepts
Flex across wildly different brand worlds — each Triplespeed consumer brand operates in a completely different vertical
(Future) Grow into a senior designer or creative lead role managing additional designers and overseeing creative quality across brands
Who Can Apply
1–5 years of graphic design experience (agency, DTC brand, creator, or social-first brand preferred)
Hands-on experience using AI image generation tools — you've shipped real designs using Nano Banana Pro, Midjourney, Ideogram, or similar, not just experimented
Strong portfolio showing organic social content — carousels, slideshows, image posts — with engagement or reach data wherever possible
Deep understanding of what makes content go viral or sticky on Meta, TikTok, and Instagram
Strong feel for creator-style and community-native aesthetics — you know why an unpolished carousel outperforms a glossy brand post
Must be based in Bangalore or willing to relocate
Detail-oriented, fast, iterative, and energized by a performance-driven environment
Preferred Skills
Design: Figma, Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, Canva (for rapid iteration)
AI image generation: Nano Banana Pro, Midjourney, Ideogram, Seedream, Photoshop generative fill
Motion (bonus): After Effects, basic CapCut animation for slideshow polish
Craft: Typography, layout systems, brand adaptation, carousel storytelling, slideshow pacing, meme literacy, prompt-craft for image generation, rapid iterative workflows
