
The Product Manager will be responsible for building and improving our core product experience across user journeys, internal tools, and digital systems.
This role requires someone who can bridge business, user needs, and execution - turning ideas into structured products, features, and systems that drive growth, retention, and user satisfaction.
Own the end-to-end product lifecycle (ideation → execution → iteration)
Define and improve user journeys (onboarding, engagement, retention)
Translate business goals into product features and workflows
Work closely with ops, marketing, and coaching teams to gather user insights and feedback
Build and manage product roadmaps and priorities
Write clear product requirements (PRDs), workflows, and documentation
Identify gaps in user experience and drive continuous improvements
Collaborate with tech/design (or no-code tools) to execute product features
Track and analyze product metrics (engagement, retention, drop-offs)
Run experiments and implement data-driven iterations
Ensure smooth integration between product, CRM, and operational systems
1–5 years of experience in product management, product ops, or similar roles (consumer product experience preferred)
Strong user-first thinking - you deeply understand behaviour, pain points, and journeys
Ability to convert ideas into structured flows, features, and systems
High ownership - you take products from 0 → 1 and beyond
Strong analytical mindset - comfortable with data, funnels, and metrics
Clear communication and ability to work across teams
Experience with tools like Notion, Airtable, no-code tools, or product management platforms
