What you'll do
Lead the overall finance function across multiple international entities.
Own financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and cash flow management.
Develop financial models to support strategic business decisions and growth initiatives.
Ensure accurate monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reporting.
Oversee accounting operations, tax compliance, audits, and statutory filings.
Manage relationships with external accountants, auditors, banks, and legal advisors.
Build and improve financial controls, reporting processes, and internal governance.
Advise founders on capital allocation, profitability, fundraising, and financial strategy.
Ensure compliance across all operating jurisdictions.
Who we're looking for
5+ years of progressive experience in Finance, Accounting, or Corporate Finance.
Prior experience as a CFO or Head of Finance.
Mandatory: experience managing US legal entities and financial operations.
Strong understanding of US GAAP, taxation, financial reporting, and compliance.
Experience working with startups, high-growth companies, or multinational businesses.
Expertise in budgeting, forecasting, FP&A, treasury, and financial controls.
Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
Useful but not required
Experience managing Hong Kong entities, exposure to Singapore, UK, UAE or European entities, venture-backed startups and fundraising, investor reporting, international entity structuring, and implementing or improving ERP/accounting systems.
