Job Description: Graphic/Motion Design Intern

About the Role
We’re looking for a creative, fast-moving, detail-obsessed Design Intern to join our marketing team. You’ll be our in-house design powerhouse, helping shape how the brand looks, feels, and communicates across all channels. If you love turning ideas into crisp visuals, experimenting with formats, and building a consistent brand presence, this role is for you.

What You’ll Do
● Design marketing collaterals and promotional assets for social media, email, offline marketing & performance ads.
● Experiment with new visual formats, trends, and styles to create scroll-stopping content.
● Collaborate & turn around creatives for ongoing campaigns, product launches, partnerships, and events.
● Contribute ideas in brainstorming sessions for campaigns, social media, and brand building.

What We’re Looking For
● Proficiency in Figma, Adobe Suite (Photoshop/Illustrator), Canva & similar tools.
● Motion design skills (After Effects, Premier Pro, CapCut, or any animation tool)
● Fluency in using AI design tools (e.g., Midjourney, Veo 3, Nano Banana, DALL·E, Runway, Canva AI, Photoshop AI tools, etc.) for video editing short form content.
● Strong portfolio demonstrating design fundamentals (composition, colour, typography).
● Understanding of social-first design thinking, what works, what doesn’t, and why.
● Curiosity for trends, memes, pop culture, and modern visual language.
