This is possible. Today the cost of moving on a scooter is ₹2/km. That’s the cost of moving a 150kg mass from point A to B. We’re bringing that mass down to less than 5kgs, concurrently bringing the cost down to 10 paise/km. This is how we make deliveries a reality. This is how we create a world where we’re doing billions of deliveries per day.
The tech is not there. The current cost of drone delivery is ₹100/km. We need to completely redefine the way things are done here. We’re building the world’s most efficient aircraft from the ground-up, and scaling that up to beyond anything the aerospace sector has ever seen. This cannot be an iterative process. We have to tear down all conventions and build everything up from scratch.
To do this, we need nothing less than the best engineers. The ones who care about building something fundamentally different, who are deeply curious about understanding the fundamentals of everything they’re working on, who are dreamers that believe in the impossible.
The hardware on the drone is only half of what keeps it up in the air. The rest is the software both on the craft and on our ground station.
Our unique dual motor thrust vectored tailsitter with blended wing body design has to fly in almost all weather-including heavy winds and light rains autonomously. We're targeting 1000s of flights per day across all locations, requiring us to rethink everything from firmware, controls, state estimation to even ground control and fleet management software.

We are seeking an experienced UI/UX Designer to join our team dedicated to designing a suite of sophisticated and interactive digital platforms for UAV operations. This role will contribute to designing the software that powers our entire ecosystem, including our next-generation Ground Control Station (GCS), fleet management dashboards, data analysis tools, and simulation interfaces. This position is integral to our core mission, contributing directly to the safety and efficiency of our real-world autonomous operations.
Design System Development: Design a scalable design system that can be leveraged for user interfaces across multiple tools in the organization.
User Research & Field Study: Assist in primary and secondary research to understand pain points, workflows, and environmental contexts.
Information Architecture & Workflow Design : Create clear interaction models for tools and management dashboards based on inputs from stakeholders and strategic requirements.
Front-end Design and Development: Translate insights from research through to low-fidelity and high-fidelity designs, and oversee developer handoff.
Prototyping & Usability Testing: Build interactive prototypes and run usability tests to validate concepts and improve design iterations.
Information and Visual Design: Design visual assets for multiple teams based on dynamic use-cases.
A minimum of 1-3 years of professional experience in designing responsive digital interfaces, preferably with experience in software and dashboards.
Front-End Design Tools: Advanced proficiency in Figma. Proficiency in other tools such as Adobe XD, Sketch, Canva etc. a plus.
Building design systems: Experience in building design systems that are scalable across tools.
Strong design fundamentals: Ability to empathise with operational users, communicate with various stakeholders, rigour in design development process, and coordination across teams.
Domain Knowledge: Familiarity with aviation, drone, and/or logistics industries or a strong willingness to learn the same
Knowledge of MCP servers to generate prototype code from Figma and other LLM tools
