Lead UX/UI work across the product journey, from discovery through delivery.
Turn complex user and business needs into clear, user-friendly experiences.
Collaborate closely with Product Managers, Developers, Business Analysts, and Stakeholders.
Help shape product strategy through strong design thinking and problem solving.
Review existing As-Is journeys and redesign them into improved To-Be experiences.
Create user journeys, flows, information architecture, wireframes, and high-fidelity UI designs.
Build prototypes and contribute to design systems where needed.
Work across teams to take ideas from concept to a live, production-ready product.
6+ years of hands-on UX/UI design experience.
Bachelor's degree in Design or a related discipline preferred, including UX, Interaction Design, Visual Communication, HCI, Fine Arts, Multimedia, Engineering, or similar fields.
Proven experience transforming existing user journeys into optimized, user-centric experiences.
Must have worked on at least one successfully delivered end-to-end product that is live in production.
Strong communication and collaboration skills across cross-functional teams.
Telugu-speaking candidates are preferred.
Experience working on Government or Digital Transformation projects will be given additional preference.
