Collections Strategy Manager

About the role:

• We're looking for a Collections Strategy Manager who will own the end-to-end collections funnel: from user acquisition to overdue resolution.

• You'll work at the intersection of data, product, and operations to build strategies that convert overdue users into paying customers.

• This is a full-time, on-site role in Bengaluru. We do not offer remote work

Minimum qualifications:

•  4-7 years in collections strategy, credit risk, lending operations, or fintech analytics

• Strong SQL skills: you can write complex queries with CTEs, window functions, and cross-table joins

• Data-first mindset: comfortable with large datasets (100K+ accounts), cohort analysis, regression, and funnel metrics

• Experience with collections metrics: DPD, resolution rates, roll rates, payment attribution

• Understanding of credit bureau data: CIBIL/Experian reports, account statuses, overdue tracking

• Communication skills: can translate data findings into clear recommendations for product and leadership

• Python/Excel proficiency: for data analysis, automation, and reporting
