Job Summary:
Being the city manager, you will be responsible for co-owning the Fulfilments - the north star metric for the organization, along with the Regional Manager and City Head. Understanding & the knowledge of the city becomes very important for this role, as one has to drive both demand and supply. Should be a go getterand street smart at the same time be strategic as to look at the city from a long term POV (Point of View).
Initiatives in the city to explore new areas of growth and expanding new TAM (Total Addressable Market).
Job Responsibilities:
● Analyze structured and unstructured data to identify market trends, customer behavior, operational inefficiencies, and business opportunities.
● Translate complex datasets into clear, actionable insights that support strategic and operational decision-making.
● Monitor key business and operational metrics, identify anomalies, and recommend corrective actions
● Build and maintain dashboards, reports, and automated data pipelines to enable data-driven decision-making.
● Partner with Product, Sales, Marketing, Operations, and Leadership teams to define business problems and develop analytical solutions.
● Conduct market, competitor, and customer analyses to identify growth opportunities and operational improvements.
● Design, execute, and evaluate experiments to measure the impact of business initiatives.
● Drive operational excellence by recommending process improvements based on quantitative analysis.
● Present findings and recommendations to stakeholders in a clear and compelling manner.
● Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and integrity across business reporting.
● Manage the P&L of the city and be responsible for driving the profitability targets
Job Requirements:
● 3-4 years overall experience
● MBA Preferred
● Excellent project and people management skills
● Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
● Analytical bent of mind and data-backed decision-making skills
● Ability to work under pressure with limited resources and tight timelines
● Passionate, result-oriented with a strong bias for action
● Leadership skills are required to drive the team.
