About the Role:

Our client, a fast-growing consumer brand, is seeking a hands-on and detail-oriented Corporate Finance Manager to manage key finance functions across financial reporting, audits, treasury, compliance, and investor requirements.

This role involves working closely with senior stakeholders, auditors, bankers, advisors, and internal teams while building strong and scalable finance processes.

Ideal Candidate:

3–5 years of post-qualification experience as a Chartered Accountant (CA)
Experience with a Big 5 accounting firm is required, with exposure to high-growth businesses being an advantage.
Strong experience in financial reporting, monthly closing, MIS, reconciliations, statutory and internal audits, and due diligence
Working knowledge of treasury, cash flow, banking, loans, taxation, and corporate compliance
Strong stakeholder management skills, with the ability to work with auditors, investors, advisors, and senior leadership
Strong Excel and financial analysis skills, with familiarity with ERP systems
High ownership, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple finance workstreams in a fast-paced environment.
