We're building at the intersection of skin and health. High-touch treatment programs for skin conditions like acne, eczema, dandruff, etc.

We're proud of the product we've built and are super excited to see customers experience it soon (launching in ~1 month!). To do justice to our product, we're building our performance + distribution function in-house from Day 1.

Most performance marketers I speak with instantly jump to making this a one-click purchase. But that's like giving a prescription without even meeting the patient. It kills the customer's experience + outcomes. That's not a compromise we're willing to make.

We're looking for someone who:

Can design A+ marketing around the best product. Not dilute the product for ease of marketing.
Has 3-5 years of experience in performance marketing (for the full-time role). Bonus: experience in SEO, Marketplaces, Growth, or Partnerships.
Has executed performance campaigns, worked on both Meta and Google ads, and handled budgets of at least 10L/month. This is a performance marketing execution role - not a content / creative strategy role.
Is keen to wear multiple hats: performance, SEO, growth +++
Enjoys the chaos, uncertainty, and pressure of a 0 to 1 environment.
Is looking for their hardest but most rewarding stint in performance / distribution so far!

Location for full-time role: Bangalore (in-office).

PS: We're also open to seasoned freelancers! Someone that's hands-on, has experience in similar user journeys, and doesn't operate like a traditional perf agency.

Please fill this form if this sounds like you and I'll send across more info about us if there's a fit!
