We are looking for a Lead DevOps Engineer to join a fast-growing consumer fintech company. Under this role, you will take complete ownership of the cloud infrastructure, primarily on AWS. The role involves managing servers and applications, handling deployments, ensuring system stability, monitoring performance and making sure the platform can handle increasing user traffic.
You will also work on automating infrastructure, improving deployment processes, implementing security practices and using AI tools to automate day-to-day DevOps operations. Along with the technical responsibilities, you will be responsible for building and leading the DevOps team. It's a hands-on leadership role where you will have the opportunity to build and scale the entire DevOps function.
Ideal Candidate:
6–10 years of experience in DevOps, SRE or Platform Engineering with strong hands-on experience with AWS, Kubernetes and Terraform.
Experience managing high-traffic consumer-facing applications along in building deployment pipelines and automating infrastructure.
Experience handling production issues, downtime and system reliability and managing cloud costs.
Previous experience leading and hiring a DevOps team.
Experience using AI agents/tools in DevOps operations.
