Pushp Vatika Resort & Lawns is a hospitality venue that offers luxury accommodations, event spaces, and recreational activities in Panvel. We’re hiring an entry-level HR Manager who is driven, eager to grow, and excited to help build the HR function from scratch in a young, growing company.
Help shape and build the foundations of HR in a growing company.
Work across hiring, onboarding, people processes, and day-to-day HR coordination.
Take ownership, learn quickly, and grow into a leadership role over time.
Support hiring coordination, onboarding, and employee records.
Help set up basic HR processes, documents, and routines from scratch.
Work with the leadership team on people operations and team development needs.
Support day-to-day HR administration in an organised and dependable way.
Strong ownership mindset and interest in building systems in a growing business.
Good communication, organisation, and follow-through.
Any experience in HR, recruiting, people operations, administration, or team coordination is helpful.
This is a strong fit for someone who wants to grow with the company and help build the HR department over time.
Gross salary: ₹30,000 per month.
