The Role

We’re looking for a Growth Strategy Intern to work directly with the founding team on figuring out how Alma grows.

You’ll:

Find and reach high-leverage creators, influencers, founders, and communities across Instgram, Tiktok and other platforms.
Study competitor ads, launches, positioning, content, and distribution - and turn insights into experiments.
Build scrappy workflows to discover, qualify, reach, and track hundreds of relevant people.
Use AI, automation, and whatever hacks you can find to make our growth efforts dramatically more effective.
Analyze experiments and funnel data to figure out what’s working and what to do next.
Take ambiguous problems from idea → execution → results.
