Location: Remote
You will own the entire client journey from first conversation to long-term relationship.
This is not a backend servicing role.
You will speak to real investors, understand their goals, build trust, help them take action, and stay with them as their wealth grows.

Handle inbound and outbound calls with qualified leads
Run structured discovery conversations
Do goal-based, suitability-led recommendations
Drive closures in an ethical, no-pressure manner
Risk profiling and asset allocation conversations (simple language)
Assist with SIP, lumpsum, STP, SWP implementation
Coordinate documentation and transactions end-to-end
Conduct periodic review calls
Track portfolio progress vs goals
Proactively follow up and deepen client engagement
Maintain clean CRM notes and pipeline hygiene
Ensure timely follow-ups and zero lead leakage
Resolve client queries with ownership
Improve pitch flows and client communication
Contribute to conversion and retention playbooks
Help build a world-class client experience
1 to 4 years in mutual fund / wealth sales / client servicing
Strong on calls. Clear thinking. High ownership.
Understands mutual funds and basic asset allocation
Comfortable with CRM, Excel, WhatsApp, and email workflows
AMFI / NISM VA certified (or willing to complete quickly)
High lead → client conversion rate
Consistent net SIP book and net inflows added monthly
Review calls completed on time
Fast client response time
High client retention and satisfaction
Direct exposure to the founder and business building
