We’re hiring a Performance Marketer for a D2C Brand. Looking for professionals with 3+ years of experience in scaling high-impact paid campaigns across Google Ads and Meta Ads, driving consistent and measurable growth.

The ideal candidate brings hands-on experience across Google Ads and Meta Ads, with end-to-end ownership of performance marketing—spanning campaign strategy, budget management, ROI optimization, and profitable scaling. This role involves driving revenue, improving CAC and ROAS, optimizing conversion funnels, building full-funnel strategies, leading structured experimentation, and owning channel-level performance.

You’ll take complete ownership of performance — planning, executing, optimizing, and scaling initiatives that directly impact business outcomes.

📍 Location: Gurgaon (5 days in-office work)
