About the Role

We’re looking for a Content Strategist who enjoys creating content and wants to learn how real B2B go-to-market works.

If you like turning ideas into posts, clips, or simple stories and you’re curious how content actually gets seen, shared, and trusted—this role is for you.

This is an execution-first role with close guidance. You’ll work directly with the GTM lead and founders, with regular review and feedback. You’re not expected to define strategy or “own growth.”

What You’ll Do

Content Creation & Posting

Draft LinkedIn posts (around 2 per week) from blogs, decks, papers, and internal notes
Repurpose existing content into short educational videos, clips, and posts
Help create marketing collateral for events and GTM activities

Video & Podcast Support

Support simple, educational video content for engineers
Help prepare and repurpose podcast-style conversations
Appear on camera when needed (with guidance and support)

Community Awareness

Observe and learn from developer communities (Reddit, Hacker News, Slack, Discord)
Summarize recurring problems, questions, and themes for the team
Help turn insights into useful content (no promotion or spamming)

Tools & Tracking (Learning-Focused)

Learn to use tools like HubSpot, Apollo, and Google Analytics
Help schedule content and track performance, generate reports

What You’ll Learn

This role is designed to grow over time, with more responsibility as you build confidence.

Who This Is For

0–2 years experience in content, marketing, or communications
Strong writing basics and attention to detail
Curious about technology and how developers think
Comfortable learning through feedback

Nice to Have (Not Required)

Experience creating content on personal platforms (Instagram, YouTube, Snapchat, X, etc.)
A natural instinct for visuals, hooks, or short-form storytelling
Interest in experimenting with content and learning what works

Follower count doesn’t matter—creative instinct does.
