Loud Labs is looking for a Performance Marketing Specialist who can own ticket sales at scale and sweat the details. This role is not about dashboards, reports, or brand narratives. It is about selling out stadiums, filling venues, and moving tickets fast.
You will define how Loud Labs drives demand across Meta and Google for concerts, tours, and live events. From first announcement to final sell-out, performance lives with you. You should be equally comfortable setting a high-level acquisition strategy and diving into accounts to fix weak execution.
If you can lead performance without hiding behind jargon, take full ownership of outcomes, and execute under pressure, this role is for you.
End to end paid acquisition for concerts, tours, festivals, and live events
Meta Ads and Google Ads performance tied directly to ticket revenue
Budget allocation, scaling decisions, and real-time optimization during on-sale windows
Full funnel execution from cold demand to aggressive retargeting
Creative direction and iteration in partnership with internal teams and artists
You are accountable for ROAS, CPA, sell-through rate, and speed to sell-out.
Launch, manage, and scale paid campaigns that drive direct ticket sales
Build and test audiences, creatives, hooks, formats, and offers
Optimize spend daily based on performance, inventory, and demand signals
Operate calmly during high-pressure launches and peak traffic moments
Kill losing campaigns fast and push winners harder
Understand attribution limitations and read performance beyond platform reporting
Use geo targeting and local demand to support touring artists and city-based events
Continuously improve how Loud Labs approaches performance marketing at scale
4 to 7+ years of hands-on performance marketing experience
Proven experience selling tickets for concerts, tours, festivals, nightlife, or live events
Deep operational knowledge of Meta Ads and Google Ads
Comfortable managing meaningful budgets with real consequences
Strong creative instinct and understanding of fan psychology
Able to make fast decisions and stand behind them
Calm under pressure and accountable for results
Brand marketers focused on awareness and engagement
Media buyers who rely on reports instead of judgment
People who need long briefs, slow approvals, or perfect data
Anyone who has not owned revenue or outcomes before
You have scaled ticket sales for large venues, arenas, or stadium-level shows
Experience working with artists, labels, promoters, or live entertainment brands
Strong creative instincts and a track record of ads that clearly beat account averages
Comfortable operating during high-pressure on-sale moments and last-minute pushes
Experience with touring strategies, city-by-city demand planning, and inventory pacing
Hands-on experience with first-party data, retargeting pools, and lookalike modeling
You understand where Meta and Google attribution breaks and how to compensate for it
You can explain why a campaign worked or failed without hiding behind platform metrics
Full ownership of performance marketing decisions tied directly to ticket sales and revenue
Real decision-making power over budgets, strategy, and scaling, not just execution
The opportunity to sell out stadiums, arenas, and venues for major artists and live events
Direct impact on campaigns seen and acted on by massive, culture-driven audiences
Close collaboration with artists, creatives, and operators at the center of live entertainment
Room to grow into a senior performance lead or head of growth role based on results
Competitive compensation aligned with responsibility and performance
