*What We Need From You

1)Experience editing short-form content for Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts, or TikTok.

2)Strong understanding of viewer retention, hooks, pacing, and storytelling.

3)Ability to add captions, motion graphics, zooms, sound effects, and other engaging edits.

4)Fast communication and reliability when working with deadlines.

5)A portfolio or sample edits that showcase your editing style.

6)Willingness to learn and adapt to different creator styles.

7)Attention to detail and commitment to delivering high-quality work.
