We’re expanding across Europe and are looking for a Growth Marketer in Poland to help us accelerate market growth, find new acquisition opportunities, and turn experiments into measurable results.
As Growth Marketer, you’ll work across the full growth funnel — from identifying opportunities and creating campaigns to testing channels, generating leads, and measuring results.
This is a hands-on role for someone who enjoys figuring things out rather than simply executing a predefined marketing plan. You’ll have significant ownership over what to test, where to spend, and how to improve performance.
Identify and test new customer acquisition channels and opportunities
Plan and execute growth campaigns across content, outbound, partnerships, paid channels, and other relevant channels
Create content that builds awareness, trust, and generates leads
Run cold outreach campaigns and continuously improve messaging based on results
Research the Polish market and identify potential customers, partners, and distribution opportunities
Manage marketing budget across experiments and ongoing channels
Track performance, analyze results, and turn learnings into concrete next steps
Own projects end-to-end — from identifying an opportunity to executing, measuring, and improving it
Work closely with the founders and commercial team to turn growth ideas into action
Strong writing and messaging skills, especially for content and outbound campaigns
Hands-on experience in growth, marketing, business development, or a similar role
Ability to test ideas quickly, learn from data, and focus on what actually drives results
Strong project management and multitasking skills
Comfortable managing a budget and making trade-offs between different acquisition opportunities
Highly proactive, independent, and comfortable operating without a lot of structure
Strong analytical thinking and good commercial judgment
Fluent Polish and good English — both are essential
A strong bias toward action and ownership
Experience launching or growing a market in Poland
A track record of turning limited resources into measurable growth
Significant ownership and autonomy over growth initiatives
Competitive salary + performance-based incentives
A fast-paced startup environment with short decision-making cycles
The opportunity to work directly with the founders and have a visible impact on the business
A team that values independent thinkers, ambitious problem-solvers, and people who take responsibility
