If you loved solving first-principles physics problems (Remember HC Verma / Resnick Halliday?) and are excited by modern AI, this role sits right at that intersection.

The problem: factories still lack an intelligence layer.

Factories today have:

👀 Eyes — sensors, cameras, machine signals
🦾 Hands — operators, technicians, robots

But they still don’t have a brain.!

You’ll be working directly with the founders building the next system from scratch.

Flosync (www.flosync.io) is building the AI layer that learns from machines and humans to prevent failures and improve factory operations.

In large manufacturing plants, a single second of downtime can cost lakhs or even millions.

We are building systems that turn:

⚙️ machine signals
📝 maintenance logs
🧠 operator observations

into machine intelligence.

💻 You’ll work on

• AI models trained on messy real-world machine data (not toy datasets)

• Time-series intelligence using models like Amazon Chronos, Merlion, HMMs and

anomaly detection systems

• systems that connect machine telemetry + human observations into structured

machine intelligence

• First-principles engineering to detect early machine failures

Ideal for students who like first-principles problem solving and building real systems. Experience with Python, ML/AI projects, time-series data, or strong GitHub/side projects will help.

📍 Location: Mumbai (in-person preferred)
⏳ Duration: 3–6 months (Stipend : 25K Per month for intern)
