WLDD Pvt. Ltd. is an integrated digital-first media and marketing company in India, specialising in organic media, meme marketing, influencer partnerships, and content-led brand solutions. Operating at the intersection of culture, creators, and communities, WLDD helps leading consumer and digital native brands drive awareness, engagement, and cultural relevance across social platforms through its ecosystem of meme networks, creator collectives, and media assets.

About the role:
You'll independently manage and grow 3 assigned social media pages, with a focus on high-volume, trend-led content:
Run and manage 3 assigned social media pages
Publish approximately 5 posts per day per page (15 posts/day in total)
Identify trending topics, formats, memes, conversations and cultural moments relevant to each page; continuously experiment with formats, hooks and content styles to improve reach and engagement
Create/adapt content for the pages, including Reels, static posts and other formats
Edit and package short-form content
Monitor content performance, identify what is/isn't working, and share reports on a weekly cadence
Maintain consistency in daily publishing and page hygiene
Who we're looking for:
Someone who lives and breathes Instagram/Reels/meme culture, spots trends early rather than after they've become mainstream, understands what makes content shareable, can create and publish independently at a high frequency, has basic editing/design skills, and is consistent, proactive and comfortable working remotely with minimal hand-holding. Prior experience running a personal/social media page or creating Reels is a strong advantage.
